Droplette is proud to provide our innovative skincare system to customers throughout the United States. Here's what you need to know about our shipping policies:

Free Shipping

Every order from Droplette comes with free shipping. With no minimum purchase required for free shipping, we make it easy to get misting!

Delivery

The majority of our orders are fulfilled by UPS Surepost. Depending on your location within the United States, you can anticipate your Droplette package to be delivered within 1-10 business days.

Coverage

Droplette devices and serums are available to ship within the United States and its territories. Special restrictions apply to our Growth Factors capsules.

 

Growth Factors Serum Shipping

Our Growth Factors serum has unique shipping needs. Here's what you should be aware of when ordering:

2-Day Shipping

All orders will be sent through 2-day shipping via UPS. Given the refrigerated nature of this product, we are also only able to ship certain days of the week to avoid delays or unnecessary holds over the weekend. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee a specific delivery date, so we suggest closely monitoring the status and location of your capsules to ensure prompt storage.

Limited Areas

Currently, we ship devices anywhere within the United States and its territories. All of our serums, except for Growth Factors, can also be shipped anywhere within the United States. At this time, we are only able to ship Growth Factors to the 48 contiguous United States, and are unable to ship to P.O. boxes. We are working towards expanding to other areas in the future!

 

International Shipping

We deeply appreciate the international interest in Droplette. However, at this present time, we are unable to facilitate international shipments. We are hopeful and excited to broaden our reach to more countries in the near future. We appreciate your patience and understanding.
