How to use
Your Droplette will be partially charged when you receive it, so you can use it as soon as you get it!.
Download the app to pair it with your Droplette to unlock exclusive treatments and access to dedicated customer care.
Cleanse and dry your skin before starting the treatment (use Droplette with bare skin).
Shake the capsule you’ll be using and insert it into the door of your Droplette. You should hear a slight click when you close the door.
Tilt your head back slightly and hold Droplette about ½ inch away from your face.
Press the button on the side of your Droplette to start misting, and move it around your face in slow circles. Avoid holding it upside down, as liquid may leak from it. It is normal for some minor condensation to form on the device.
Mist your face. The whole treatment only takes less than 2 minutes, although you can pause and resume your treatment at any point by clicking the power button.
Once you’ve finished misting remove the capsule from your Droplette and set aside for recycling. Enjoy your dewy complexion!
Tips for device care: If your Droplette has a blinking orange light, it needs to be charged. To charge your device, simply rest the device on the charging dock and the device will glow green while charging. Once fully charged, the device light will turn off and no color will appear. Do not insert anything into the device or attempt to clean it under running water. Instead, clean the inside with a cleaning capsule, and gently wipe the outside of the device with a cotton round and a little bit of rubbing alcohol. Store your device away from heat and humidity.

How does Droplette work?

What should I expect Droplette to feel like?

How long before I see results?

How do I use my Droplette Device?
Make sure your device is charged. It will come with a partial charge, and will blink yellow when turned on if the battery is low. Only charge your device when needed.
Choose a serum capsule and give it a slight shake.
Drop a capsule into the chamber with the ridge aligned with the groove, then use the door to push it in all the way. You should hear a click.
Hover the device’s white surface about a half inch from your skin with your head tilted back. The best position for the device’s mist is at a slight angle, with the white surface facing down.
Turn on the device by pressing the ridge on the right hand side. Once on, make slow circles around your face.
We recommend this order: right cheek to chin, left cheek to chin, and forehead. Press the ridge on the right hand side at any time to start and stop the device.
Remove the capsule by pulling it out, and set it aside for recycling.
